We Ate What

Haley's delicious gluten free, dairy free, banana chocolate chip peanut butter muffins. So soft and moist! Made with semi sweet chocolate chips and simple ingredients, they're ready to enjoy in only 20 minutes!

Recipe:
2 bananas
About 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 big scoop / 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup flour
1 scoop of TBH (clean Nutella)
Whatever amount of semi sweet chocolate chips that you want
Blend!
Spray muffin tin with any baking spray
Top with more chocolate chips and sea salt
Bake at 350 for 18-20 mins
*eyeball measure to preferred taste
